WELDING ROBOT
Mobile Welding System for Non-Standard Manufacturing
Engineered with autonomous mobility and hydraulic positioning, “Xiaomeng” welding robots redefine efficiency in large-component fabrication by eliminating manual constraints.
Wheeled Welding Robot
The tire-type mobile welding robot is equipped with a traveling function, allowing it to flexibly move to the designated welding position for welding operations.
Through the independently developed real-time imaging monitoring system, the corresponding joints of the mobile robot can be used to inspect the weld quality after welding.
The FANUC M-10iD/8L robot body features a hollow rotary axis, allowing cables to be routed internally. This provides greater welding posture accessibility and improves the robot’s ability to reach complex welding positions.
Crawler-Type Welding Robot
The crawler-type mobile welding robot is equipped with a traveling function, allowing it to flexibly move to the designated welding position for welding operations.
The FANUC M-10iD/8L robot body features a hollow rotary axis, allowing cables to be routed internally. This provides greater welding posture accessibility and improves the robot’s ability to reach complex welding positions.
The control system is open and flexible. The control cabinet can communicate with most laser positioning systems on the market, enabling laser positioning and laser tracking functions for the welding system.
If additional welding auxiliary functions are required in the future, they can be added more conveniently. Optional functions require the corresponding ports to be enabled.
