1. Product Overview

Multi-Frequency Screen is a new generation composite screening machine with segmented independent vibration sources. It completely subverts the synchronous overall vibration structure of conventional vibrating screens. Core innovation: the screen cabinet, base and top cover remain static without vibration; only segmented screen decks and exciter units vibrate independently. Each section is equipped with separate frequency-conversion exciters to switch freely between two modes: low frequency & large amplitude at feeding end for material dispersion, high frequency & small amplitude at discharge end for precise fine screening. It thoroughly solves industrial pain points including sticky mesh clogging, heavy foundation load, dust leakage and high energy consumption.

The full series adopts lightweight split modular design and fully static rigid sealing with negative-pressure dust removal. Dynamic-static foundation load is cut by 50% and power consumption reduced by 40%-50% vs traditional screens. Multiple optional decks including polyurethane relaxation panels, self-cleaning string bars and multi-layer curved probability mesh cover all working conditions: wet coal washing, dry aggregate processing, coking coke screening, thermal power fine coal separation and high-moisture sticky lump ore treatment. The machine consists of 5 core components: static sealed cabinet, multi-section independent vibrating screen cores, split frequency-conversion exciters, damping support springs and PLC frequency control system. The cabinet is fully fixed with no vibration transmitted to plant foundation.

1. Materials enter feeding section: low frequency & large amplitude generates strong throwing force to break agglomerates and thin thick material layers for primary stratification.
