This equipment utilizes a horizontally revolving disc powered by a vertically configured, heavy-duty gear drive assembly. Material drops from the upper hopper onto the center of the rotating disc, forming a natural material stack. As the disc revolves, an adjustable scraper blade shears the material off the edge of the disc at a controlled rate, routing it directly to the next process. The entirely enclosed drive mechanism features premium oil-bath lubrication to protect internal gears from abrasive dust and fine contaminants.
