1. Product Overview
Vertical Compound Crusher is also called vertical complex crusher. It is a bottomless screen vertical impact crusher integrating hammering, impacting, shearing and grinding crushing principles. It can complete primary, medium and fine crushing in one machine. With large feeding size and big crushing ratio, it has no screen bar and is not easy to block materials, widely used in small and medium aggregate production lines and sand making plants.

The motor drives the main shaft and rotor to rotate at high speed. Materials are strongly impacted by high-speed hammers, then rebound to the liner plates for secondary crushing. Materials collide and grind with each other to reach fine size and discharge from the bottom. Without screen bars at the bottom, it seldom blocks even for sticky and wet materials.
