1. Product Overview

Roller Screen, also known as disc roller separator, is a heavy-duty non-vibration coarse screening machine. Its screening surface consists of multiple parallel roller shafts fitted with shaped discs rotating synchronously in the same direction. It classifies materials via gaps between rollers without screen mesh, equipped with dynamic self-cleaning structure. It is specially designed for high-moisture, sticky and muddy bulk materials for high-capacity mud-stone separation and ore pre-screening. Built with heavy steel structure, it fits harsh working conditions of mining, coal and construction waste production lines.

Motors matched with reducers drive each roller shaft to rotate uniformly in the same direction. Staggered polygonal discs convey materials forward smoothly. Gaps between rollers form dynamic screening channels, fine mud and aggregates fall through gaps, while large rocks are pushed to discharge outlets by discs. Rotating discs with scrapers realize automatic cleaning to avoid clogging of sticky mud. Variable frequency speed regulation is optional to adjust conveying speed and screening efficiency flexibly.
