1. Product Overview
Dewatering vibrating screen is a high-frequency linear vibrating solid-liquid separation machine. Equipped with dual vibrating motors to generate directional linear exciting force, it adopts negatively inclined segmented screen surface and wear-resistant polyurethane screen panels. It is specially used for dewatering and desliming high-moisture slurry such as washed sand, mine tailings and coal slime, which greatly reduces material moisture and recovers fine sand to minimize loss. Built with heavy riveted welded structure and waterproof sealing design, it is often matched with hydrocyclones and sand washers, the standard dewatering equipment for aggregate, mining and coal production lines.
2. Detailed Description
Two vibrating motors run synchronously in reverse directions to generate 45° directional high-frequency throwing vibration. Wet slurry falls on inclined screen surface from feeding end: the first section realizes rapid gravity drainage, while the elevated second section squeezes materials to remove capillary water. Water and ultra-fine silt pass through panels into the bottom water tank for recycling, and dry aggregates move forward along the screen for discharge. Polyurethane panels with self-cleaning structure reduce silt clogging; exciting force and amplitude are adjustable to fit slurry of different concentrations.
