1. Product Overview
Vibrating feeder is a trough-type feeding equipment driven by vibration motors. It generates directional exciting force to make the trough vibrate and throw materials forward at high frequency, conveying materials from silos to downstream equipment evenly and continuously. Mainly used for quantitative feeding in front of crushers without screening function, it features stable conveying, adjustable capacity and wide applicability, widely adopted as front feeding equipment in mining, aggregate and building material production lines.
2. Detailed Description
Two vibration motors rotate synchronously and reversely to produce directional exciting force, driving the inclined trough to throw materials forward periodically. Materials slide ahead intermittently under vibration for continuous feeding. The feeding speed and capacity can be adjusted by changing the angle of eccentric blocks on vibration motors.
