1. Product Overview
The banana screen is a multi-angle self-synchronizing linear vibrating screen adopting equal-thickness screening principle. With banana-shaped variable-inclination deck and heavy-duty box welded steel structure driven by eccentric shaft exciter, it supports 1–2 screen layers. Featuring full-range equal-thickness screening, it delivers much higher throughput than conventional screens and adapts well to high-moisture sticky coal. Widely used for raw coal grading, desliming, de-mediuming and dewatering, it serves as core high-capacity screening equipment for large-scale coal washing plants.

The eccentric shaft exciter generates high-frequency linear vibration. The multi-section decreasing-angle deck realizes uniform material spreading. The steep feeding angle accelerates stratification and anti-blocking, while the gentle discharging angle extends screening time. Uniform material thickness eliminates stacking and dead zones for continuous fine particle penetration and stable coarse material discharge. Adjustable excitation force adapts to high-flow and high-humidity complex feeding for efficient continuous screening.
