1. Product Overview
Light linear vibrating screen is a lightweight horizontal screening machine driven by two YZO series vibrating motors. The screen box generates linear throwing vibration. Featuring light weight and low power consumption, it can be equipped with 1-5 layers of screens to separate multi-specification materials in one pass. Available in carbon steel and 304/316 stainless steel, it is suitable for continuous screening of dry powder and small granular materials on production lines of food, chemical, plastic and building materials industries.
2. Detailed Description
Two symmetric YZO vibrating motors rotate synchronously in reverse directions. The centrifugal force generated by eccentric blocks overlaps to form directional linear excitation force, driving the screen box to throw materials forward at a fixed inclination angle. Materials spread evenly from the feeding end. Fine materials pass through screens and discharge from lower outlets, while coarse materials flow out from screen ends. Multi-layer models have independent outlets for each deck to separate multiple particle sizes at once. The excitation force is adjustable to meet different capacity requirements.

Plastic pellets, resin powder, grain, flour, starch, pharmaceutical granules, chemical powder, fine quartz sand, calcium carbonate, ceramic raw materials, feed pellets, dry fine aggregate and other dry non-sticky granular & powdery materials.
