1. Product Overview
The Hydraulic Cone Crusher is a high-performance crushing equipment specifically designed for secondary, tertiary, and quaternary crushing operations. Integrating advanced hydraulic technology, inter-particle laminated crushing principles, and automated control systems, it is the ideal replacement for traditional spring cone crushers. It is widely used in metal mining, metallurgy, chemical industry, construction, cement, and aggregate industries, and is especially suitable for processing high-hardness materials such as granite, basalt, iron ore, and pebbles.
2. Detailed Description
During operation, the motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the transmission shaft and bevel gears. Driven by the eccentric sleeve, the moving cone performs a gyratory motion, approaching and leaving the fixed cone (concave) periodically. The materials in the crushing chamber are continuously crushed by extrusion, impact, and rubbing. Qualified materials fall and are discharged from the bottom outlet under the action of gravity. The hydraulic system monitors the operating status throughout the process, providing overload protection and discharge opening adjustment functions.
