1. Product Overview

Reciprocating feeder is a classic trough-type feeding equipment for mine primary crushing system. Driven by crank-link mechanism, the trough moves back and forth in a straight line. It is generally installed between raw ore bins and jaw crushers to convey large lump ores. Featuring stable feeding and strong impact resistance, it is widely used in stone aggregate and mineral processing production lines under heavy-load and dusty working conditions.

2. Detailed Description

The motor drives the crank-link mechanism through the reducer to convert rotary motion into horizontal reciprocating movement of the trough. When the trough moves forward, it pushes materials ahead; when moving backward, materials stay in place by inertia, realizing continuous feeding. The output capacity can be adjusted by changing eccentric stroke and rotating speed.
