1. Product Overview
The PCH series ring hammer crusher is a rotary impact crushing machine, also known as coal crusher. It crushes materials via hammer impact, collision, shearing and grinding. Designed for medium-hard brittle material secondary crushing, it features large crushing ratio, stable capacity and suitability for both dry and wet feeding, widely used in thermal power plants, coal mines, building materials and solid waste recycling industries.
2. Detailed Description
Driven by the motor, the rotor runs at high speed, and ring hammers rotate both around the main shaft and pin shafts. Materials are first shattered by hammer impact, then rebounded onto the impact liner for secondary crushing. After further shearing and grinding on the screen plate, qualified particles pass through gaps for discharge, while oversized stones are re-crushed repeatedly. Foreign matters will be discharged into the iron removal chamber to protect the machine.
