1. Product Overview
Square swing screen is a fine screening device simulating manual reciprocating swing. Driven by reduction motor, the screen frame performs compound swing with horizontal and slight vertical movement, operating smoothly without high-frequency impact. It can be equipped with 1–6 layers of screens, mostly made of full stainless steel. It boasts high screen utilization rate and low mesh blocking rate, specially designed for high-precision classification of fine powder and micro-granules, widely used in clean production lines of food, medicine, chemical industry and new energy powder.
2. Detailed Description
The drive system outputs low-speed balanced swing force through eccentric transmission mechanism, forming an elliptical smooth movement track on the screen surface. Materials spread and layer slowly on the screen, fine powder penetrates the mesh while coarse materials move forward to discharge outlets. The gentle screening mode will not damage material particles. Elastic cleaning balls continuously beat the screen to effectively avoid mesh clogging caused by fine sticky powder.
