1. Product Overview

Vibrating Bar Grizzly Feeder is a special feeding machine with dual functions of uniform feeding and pre-screening. The front section is a conveying trough, while the discharge end is equipped with high manganese steel wear-resistant bar grizzlies. While transporting large rocks to crushers, it can remove soil, stone powder and fine sand in advance to reduce invalid load and liner wear of crushers. It is essential front-end supporting equipment for aggregate and mining coarse crushing production lines.

2. Detailed Description

Two vibration motors rotate synchronously and reversely to generate directional alternating exciting force, driving the machine to vibrate and throw materials forward with high frequency and small amplitude. As materials pass through the bar grizzly section, fine powder and soil leak through gaps between bars, while large stones move forward along the bars into the crusher, realizing integrated feeding and screening. Feeding capacity can be adjusted by tuning eccentric blocks or installing frequency converters.
