1. Product Overview

Mining multi-layer stacked screen, also named stacked high-frequency fine screen, is heavy-duty screening equipment specially for wet fine grading, dewatering and desliming in aggregate and mineral processing industries. It adopts 2-5 stacked screen decks arranged in parallel vertically, driven by shared YZO vibrating motors to generate linear high-frequency excitation force. Each deck features independent feeding, screening and discharging. Its throughput is 3-5 times that of single-layer screens with same floor space. Widely applied for wet manufactured sand purification, mineral pulp fine grading, tailings dewatering and coarse slime separation, it is standard fine screening equipment for aggregate lines and metal ore dressing plants.

2. Detailed Description

Two symmetric YZO vibrating motors run reversely and synchronously to drive the whole stacked screen box for stable linear high-frequency vibration. Raw materials are evenly divided to each independent screen deck via top distributor, with mesh apertures decreasing from top to bottom. Materials jump forward on inclined screens at high frequency. Coarse particles discharge from screen ends while fine pulp penetrates screens and collects below. Each deck can adjust inclination angle and replace screen mesh separately. Multiple finished fractions can be separated in one feeding process, finishing grading and dewatering simultaneously.
