1. Product Overview
Jaw crusher, commonly known as toggle jaw crusher, is the primary coarse crushing machine for stone production lines. It crushes bulk stones through periodic reciprocating extrusion of movable jaw plate. With sturdy structure and strong compression resistance, it is widely used for primary crushing of large raw ore and serves as standard primary equipment in aggregate and mineral processing plants.
2. Detailed Description
The motor drives the eccentric shaft to rotate and pushes the movable jaw to swing back and forth periodically. When the movable jaw closes to the fixed jaw, materials are crushed by extrusion, bending and splitting. When the movable jaw retreats, crushed materials fall down by gravity and discharge continuously.
