1. Product Overview
The double toothed roll crusher is an efficient and energy-saving compression crushing machine. It crushes materials through grabbing, squeezing and shearing force generated by two counter-rotating toothed rollers. Featuring simple structure, low over-crushing rate, uniform output, low dust and low noise, it is widely used for primary and secondary crushing of brittle and medium-soft materials in coal, aggregate, mining, building materials and solid waste recycling industries.
2. Detailed Description
- Driven by motors, the two toothed rollers rotate oppositely. Materials are grabbed, squeezed, sheared and split by roller teeth. The final particle size can be precisely controlled by adjusting roller gap. Finished materials are discharged smoothly with uniform granularity and minimal fine powder.
- With passive yielding and buffer function, the rollers can automatically retract when encountering unbreakable objects, protecting key components and reducing failure rate.
