Multi-Frequency G Screen, also named High-amplitude Anti-clog Multi-frequency Screen, is a segmented independent vibration source screening machine customized for wet sticky fine raw coal below 10mm and CFB boiler fuel. It adopts split structure with static sealed fixed cabinet and segmented string-type self-cleaning screen cores. The side plates, base and top cover stay static without vibration; only screen plates and exciter assemblies perform high-amplitude multi-frequency motion. Each screen section is equipped with separate frequency conversion exciters: the feeding section uses low frequency & large amplitude to break sticky lumps thoroughly, while the discharge section applies high frequency & small amplitude to boost fine particle penetration. Its exclusive longitudinal movable special steel bar string screen panels enable independent secondary micro-vibration of each bar, fundamentally eliminating mesh clogging and material agglomeration. The machine consists of fixed sealed cabinet, multi-section independent string screen cores, split exciters, damping support springs and frequency conversion control system. The outer cabinet remains fully static with no vibration transferred to plant foundation.
Materials enter the low-frequency large-amplitude screening zone at the inlet, where strong throwing force disperses bonded wet coal and thins material layers rapidly. Materials flow to rear high-frequency small-amplitude sections for efficient fine coal penetration. The core string screen panels reserve movable gaps for each steel bar; machine multi-frequency vibration plus independent micro secondary vibration of bars continuously shake off adhered loam and coal slime to realize dynamic self-cleaning. Height difference between sections realizes secondary tumbling stratification for fast separation of fine grains and bulk coal lumps.
