1. Product Overview
Flip-Flow Screen is a high-efficiency double-mass resonance screening machine customized for high-moisture, sticky, blinding-prone hard-to-screen materials. It adopts floating frame and elastic polyurethane flip-flow panels as core structure. The screen surface stretches and relaxes hundreds of times per minute, generating ultra-high throwing acceleration up to 50G to fundamentally eliminate mesh blinding caused by wet mud and fine coal. Equipped with 1–3 flexible decks, its separation size ranges from 0.5 mm to 40 mm. Built with heavy steel plates, it fits heavy-duty coarse & fine classification of coal, mine ore, construction waste and clay, serving as ideal replacement for conventional vibrating screens in sticky wet working conditions.
2. Detailed Description
It adopts double-mass resonance system with single exciter. Eccentric vibrator drives basic vibration of outer screen box, while internal floating frame moves reversely against fixed beam. PU flexible panels fixed on both ends stretch and relax alternately for high-frequency deformation. Materials bounce violently under ultra-high acceleration, sticky clay and fine wedged particles eject automatically. Fine materials pass through panels while lumps discharge along inclined decks. Adjustable excitation force and deck angle adapt to materials with various moisture content.
