1. Product Overview

ZZF Series Vibrating Feeder, also known as inertial vibrating ore feeder, is a linear feeding machine driven by external exciters. It generates strong exciting force from eccentric vibrators, mainly used for quantitative ore discharging from mine chutes, silos and stope bins. It specializes in breaking material arches and eliminating blockages, realizing continuous quantitative feeding and truck loading, widely applied in coal mines, metallurgical mineral processing and underground mining.

2. Detailed Description

Two asynchronous motors drive eccentric shaft exciters to rotate synchronously and reversely, producing directional linear exciting force. The trough runs under super-resonance state with periodic reciprocating throwing motion. High-intensity vibration loosens arched and bridged materials inside silos, making ores slide forward steadily. The feeding flow can be precisely controlled by adjusting exciting force or installing frequency conversion control cabinet for automatic timing & quantitative feeding.
