1. Product Overview

Multi-Frequency XC Screen is a segmented independent relaxation composite screening machine customized for high-moisture & high-viscosity lump ore and aggregate soil removal working conditions. It adopts split structure with multi-layer & multi-section independent relaxation screen decks. The whole screen frame stays static without vibration, and each section is equipped with separate frequency-conversion excitation units to independently set dual modes: low frequency & large amplitude for material stratification, high frequency & small amplitude for fine particle penetration. Its vibration inertial force reaches 22.85 times of gravity, far exceeding conventional screening machines, thoroughly solving blocking, caking and stratification difficulties of sticky wet materials. Equipped with high-elastic polyurethane relaxation panels that realize powerful self-cleaning via continuous reciprocating deformation; fully enclosed static sealed cabinet with optional thermal insulation rock wool to adapt to high & low temperature materials. The machine consists of multi-layer and multi-section independent relaxation screening units. The base cabinet remains completely static, only polyurethane panels perform high-intensity reciprocating relaxation vibration. The feeding section adopts low frequency & large amplitude to generate strong throwing force for rapid dispersion of bonded ore lumps and thick layer stratification; middle and discharge sections switch to high frequency & small amplitude to boost fines penetration. Continuous stretch-shrink deformation of screen panels peels off adhered silt constantly to eliminate mesh clogging. Height difference between sections realizes secondary material spreading and stratification for fast separation of lumps and fines. The frequency conversion system freely switches linear / compound elliptical vibration tracks, suitable for lump ore and aggregate with moisture content ≤20% and varying viscosity. Full cabinet negative-pressure sealing ensures zero dust leakage during screening.
