1. Product Overview
Plane rotary sieve is a high-precision light-duty grading screening machine. Driven by an eccentric transmission mechanism, the screen box conducts horizontal plane rotary motion. Materials spread and stratify gently on the screen surface without violent impact, delivering high screening accuracy. It is mainly used for fine impurity removal and grading of grain, powder and small granular materials, matching various powder and grain processing production lines.
2. Detailed Description
The bottom eccentric transmission device operates to drive the screen box to move in a horizontal elliptical rotary track. Materials are evenly spread on the screen mesh from the feeding end and stratified by uniform inertia of plane rotation. Fine materials pass through the screen and fall down, while large impurities and coarse particles are conveyed to the discharge end along the screen. Multi-layer screens can be stacked to realize multi-particle grading simultaneously.
