1. Product Overview
The Xiaomeng Crawler Welding Robot is an intelligent self-propelled welding equipment independently developed by Winner Group, specially designed for heavy steel structures, long-distance pipelines, ship components, large mining equipment and other oversized non-standard workpieces. Integrated with an all-terrain rubber crawler chassis and high-precision 6-axis flexible welding manipulator, it breaks the spatial restrictions of traditional fixed welding stations. Without hoisting or flipping huge workpieces, the robot can autonomously travel to complex working sites such as factories, open-air construction yards, ship docks and field infrastructure projects. It brings standardized and stable workshop welding performance to harsh outdoor working conditions to realize full-scene automatic welding, and effectively replace manual welding posts with high risk and heavy smoke.
2. Detailed Description
Traditional fixed welding machines only work at limited stations, while transferring large workpieces and building high-altitude scaffolds bring high costs and prominent safety hazards. The Xiaomeng crawler welding robot boasts strong off-road performance, moving smoothly on steel plates, mud ground, gentle slopes and narrow passages to reach the welding seams of large fixed workpieces directly. The whole machine supports multiple mainstream welding processes including CO₂ shielded welding, MIG welding and TIG welding, matching application scenarios such as oil & gas pipeline laying, mining equipment maintenance, bridge infrastructure and tank manufacturing. Equipped with an all-weather protected integrated intelligent touch control system, the robot allows operators to quickly plan welding paths via on-site visual teaching without complicated programming skills. It maintains stable autonomous welding operation even in remote areas with incomplete power supply and harsh windy, sandy, rainy or snowy environments.
