1. Product Overview
Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher (VSI) is also called vertical sand making machine, which is professional equipment for fine crushing and aggregate shaping. Adopting vertical high-speed impeller feeding structure, it works with two crushing modes: rock-on-rock and rock-on-iron. Materials are crushed and shaped through high-speed collision, producing well-rounded aggregates. It is the key equipment for high-quality manufactured sand production.
2. Detailed Description
Materials enter the crushing cavity via central feeding and cascade feeding. Driven by the main shaft, the impeller rotates at high speed and throws materials out under centrifugal force. Materials collide violently with cascade materials or wear guards, then be crushed by repeated impact, friction and grinding. Qualified sand and aggregates are discharged from the bottom.
