1. Product Overview
Hammer crusher is a single-stage impact crushing machine. It crushes materials by high-speed hammer impact, which can crush large stones into medium and small particles in one pass. Featuring short process flow, fast discharging and high cost performance, it is widely used for primary and secondary crushing of medium-low hardness brittle materials.
2. Detailed Description
The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed. Materials entering the crushing cavity are struck, impacted and sheared by hammers. Broken materials collide with liners for secondary crushing. Particles smaller than screen gaps are discharged from the bottom, while oversized materials are hammered repeatedly.
