Multi-Frequency Vibrating Screen-Y
-
Independent Frequency & Amplitude Adjustment by Sections for Higher Efficiency: Separate vibration parameter control for front & rear decks improves screening efficiency by over 7% vs standard linear screens, greatly boosting fine material recovery rate.
-
Static Non-vibrating Frame, 50% Lower Foundation Load: Only screen panels vibrate while the base stays static. Dynamic-static load cut by half, no extra reinforcement needed for plant foundation to save civil construction cost.
-
Multi-frequency Dynamic Self-cleaning Against Sticky Blockage: High-frequency reciprocating deformation of panels delivers much stronger vibration intensity. It avoids mesh clogging during continuous operation of wet coal, loam and weathered ore, lowering downtime for manual cleaning.
- Light Split Modular Design for Easy Transport & Maintenance: Static sealing at all joints prevents dust leakage, optional full dust cover. Vibration isolation structure reduces running noise, complying with global environmental emission standards.
1. Product Overview
Multi-Frequency Y Screen is a composite linear screening machine with segmented independent vibration sources. It adopts split dual screening unit structure. Each screen section is equipped with separate exciters to independently adjust frequency, amplitude and vibration track, breaking the limitation of uniform frequency & amplitude on conventional screens. The screen frame remains static without vibration, only screen panels run at high frequency. Built-in fall structure enables double material spreading and double tumbling, integrating grading, dewatering, desliming and medium removal in one unit. Featuring lightweight split body, low foundation load and powerful anti-clog self-cleaning performance, it is high-efficiency special screening equipment for coal washing, metallurgy and sticky wet ores.
2. Detailed Description
The machine consists of front and rear independent screening units with dedicated vibrators. The feeding section applies low frequency & large amplitude to disperse thick material layers rapidly; the rear section switches to high frequency & small amplitude to boost fine particle penetration. The fixed static frame eliminates overall vibration, only screen panels generate high-intensity multi-frequency vibration, constantly changing mesh size to release sticky silt. Height difference between two sections realizes secondary material stratification, separating fine grains from bulk lumps for efficient grading and dewatering. Vibration track (linear/elliptical) can be switched via frequency conversion to fit materials of various moisture and viscosity.
3. Materials
Clean coal, raw coal, coal slime, metallurgical sinter ore, high-moisture sticky ore, mine tailings, aggregate mixture, clay, mineral pulp, dense medium separation materials and other wet muddy fine & medium granular materials.
4. Application Fields
Widely applied in coal washing grading & dewatering, metallurgical sintering under-bin screening, thermal power plant desulfurization raw material treatment, mine tailings dry stacking, wet aggregate desliming, dense medium mineral processing and building material wet aggregate production lines.
5. Why Choose Us
-
Dual-section split multi-frequency structure, independent frequency & amplitude adjustment per section, dedicated for wet dewatering & medium removal: Two independent screening sections with separate vibrators, no unified vibration parameters like conventional screens. Low-frequency large amplitude breaks slurry lumps at feeding end; high-frequency small amplitude accelerates water penetration at discharge end. Height difference triggers secondary material flipping & stratification, realizing integrated dewatering, desliming & medium removal for coal slime and sand tailings with 7% higher efficiency than standard linear screens.
-
Height difference for secondary material spreading & stratification, fast solid-liquid separation with lower output moisture: Natural height difference between two decks separates solid and liquid automatically during material rolling. Free water drains rapidly through screen gaps. Fine particles fully penetrate without entrapment or slurry backflow. Medium recovery rate rises for coal washing, finished aggregates with 12%-18% moisture can be stacked and loaded directly.
-
Split lightweight unit design, 50% lower dynamic & static load, drastically cut plant foundation investment: Light split modules weigh far less than integrated heavy linear screens under same throughput. Over 50% reduction of single-point vibration load weakens ground transmission. No heavy reinforced damping foundation required, lowering civil construction cost and shortening commissioning timeline for new or renovated coal washing plants.
-
Segmented PU slotted screen panels with elastic self-cleaning, anti-blinding for sticky wet coal slime: Independent wear-resistant PU slotted panels for each section shake elastically under high-frequency vibration to eject stuck coal powder and clay. Stable continuous operation for 15%-20% moisture coal and tailings slurry with rare blinding, cutting manual cleaning downtime and tripling screen service cycle.
-
Full polyurea anti-corrosion coating, erosion & corrosion resistance for long service life under wet working conditions: All slurry-contact frames, cross beams and chutes are coated with polyurea against long-term sediment and medium erosion. Laser cutting, robotic welding and stress relief treatment eliminate cracking risks, delivering stable long-term performance in corrosive coal washing and mineral processing environments.
-
Modular independent units, single-section separate maintenance, low downtime loss for 24h continuous production: Two fully independent sections allow single-unit shutdown for screen replacement and vibrator maintenance without halting the whole line. External grease lubrication avoids oil leakage common in oil-bath exciters. Intelligent online monitoring tracks amplitude, temperature and bearing status for non-stop mine and coal washing production lines.
