Multi-Frequency Vibrating Screen-L
-
Multi-layer Curved Probability Decks for Precise Multi-grade Fine Aggregate Separation: Differential inclination layout of multi-layer gradient curved meshes delivers probability screening efficiency over 95%. One unit produces multiple sizes of premium aggregates at once, with apertures covering 0.5–20mm fine particles to fully meet grading standards of commercial concrete and asphalt aggregates.
-
Dual-feed Shunt Design for Greatly Increased Throughput: Dual-channel simultaneous feeding doubles effective screening area. Output rises by 80% vs conventional multi-layer screens under identical footprint, with max throughput 550t/h. It can replace two traditional screens to cut equipment investment and floor space.

Front & Rear Pull-out Mesh Design for Single-worker Fast Maintenance: Front & Rear Pull-out Mesh Design for Single-worker Fast Maintenance
1. Product Overview
Multi-Frequency L Screen is a multi-layer probability multi-frequency screening machine specially designed for aggregates, focusing on multi-size fine classification of dry manufactured sand and premium aggregates. It adopts split structure with static fully enclosed outer cabinet and multi-layer curved segmented screen cores, equipped with dual sets of universal-joint linked exciters. Curved decks with different inclination angles on front & rear sections form probability screening effect. The outer cabinet stays static without vibration; frequency and amplitude of each deck section can be adjusted independently for multi-grade separation of 0–30mm fine aggregates, producing 4–6 finished aggregate sizes in one unit. Standard dual-feed shunt design doubles effective screening area with throughput up to 550t/h. Full static rigid sealing plus built-in double sound insulation delivers compact overall height and low foundation impact load. It serves as economical high-efficiency core screening equipment for dry-mix mortar, asphalt mixing plants and premium aggregate production lines.
2. Detailed Description
The machine consists of static sealed outer cabinet, multi-layer curved screen cores, dual linked exciters, inclined damping springs and electric material distribution gates. Two sets of exciters rotate synchronously and oppositely via universal couplings, and periodic alternating centrifugal force drives linear reciprocating vibration of screen cores while the outer cabinet remains fixed.
Dual-channel feeding is realized via electro-hydraulic shunt gates at the inlet. The front high-inclination deck adopts low frequency & large amplitude to spread thick material rapidly; the rear low-inclination curved decks switch to high frequency & small amplitude to boost fine sand penetration via probability screening. Multi-layer stacked meshes with gradient apertures complete multi-stage separation of coarse, medium and fine sand in one pass. The frequency conversion system independently adjusts vibration parameters of each layer to fit manufactured sand and crushed stone of varying fineness. Inclined built-in damping springs reduce vibration transmission, and reserved negative-pressure dust ports on cabinet ensure fully enclosed dust-free operation.
3. Materials
Manufactured sand, premium crushed stone, dry-mix mortar aggregates, hot asphalt aggregates, limestone, basalt, granite fines, dry coal powder, low-viscosity chemical micro-powder and other dry fine/medium granular materials with moisture ≤8%, particle size range 0–30mm.
4. Why Choose Us
-
Dual synchronous vibrator probability multi-frequency structure, dual feed inlet split flow for expanded throughput, high-precision dry classification: Two self-synchronous vibrators linked by universal couplings for stable vibration. Vertically stacked multi-layer probability decks with dual feeding ports double screening area within same footprint. Low-frequency large amplitude loosens thick bed at feed end, high-frequency small amplitude boosts fines penetration at discharge end. Material flips and stratifies repeatedly for over 95% screening efficiency, delivering far higher throughput than same-size circular screens for aggregate and dry mortar mass production lines.
-
3D multi-layer probability screen core, separate 2–6 finished sizes with single unit to simplify production line layout: Modular stacked multi-layer cores with independent discharge chutes eliminate series screen configuration. Variable deck angles and micro-curved surfaces change material motion continuously for precise separation of crushed stone, manufactured sand and stone powder. Ideal for integrated aggregate, asphalt and dry mortar plants to cut equipment investment and floor space.
-
Static fully enclosed negative pressure cabinet with built-in sound insulation rock wool, low dust & noise compliant with green mine standards: Stationary outer frame eliminates dynamic dust leakage gaps, dedicated dust extraction ports maintain negative pressure for zero overflow dust. Internal rock wool insulation cuts noise by 8–10dB and halves dust fan air volume demand. Custom thermal insulation cabinet available for low-temperature mixing plant raw material screening.
-
Light low vibrating-mass structure with inclined composite damping, drastically reduced dynamic foundation load to cut civil cost: Only internal decks vibrate with vibrating mass 1/5 of conventional circular screens. Inclined damping springs weaken ground vibration transmission, cutting single-point load by 62%. No heavy reinforced damping foundation required for new mixing plants or renovated workshops, shortening construction schedule and saving structural materials.
-
Pull-out quick-replace screen panels with multi-material options, wear-resistant for all dry aggregates to cut maintenance downtime: Front-rear tension pull-out panels allow single-person quick replacement without hoisting. Optional perforated steel, manganese woven mesh and rigid PU panels for coarse rock, medium sand and ultra-fine stone powder. Thickened wear-resistant layer extends service cycle by 3.2 times and slashes screen replacement labor by 70%.
-
Dual vibrator independent modular assemblies, offline segmented maintenance, minimal downtime loss for 24h continuous operation: Independent upper & lower vibrating assemblies enable offline maintenance of single deck without full-line shutdown. External grease lubrication avoids oil contamination of dry powder materials. Intelligent online monitoring alarms abnormal bearing temperature, amplitude and eccentric mass for non-stop mixing plant production lines.
