1. Product Overview

Multi-Frequency C Screen is a heavy-duty relaxation multi-frequency dry screen widely used in coking, metallurgy and coal mining industries, integrating segmented frequency regulation and high-acceleration relaxation screening technologies. It adopts split structure with fully static sealed fixed cabinet and segmented floating relaxation screen cores, the outer cabinet stays static without vibration. Each screen section is equipped with independent frequency conversion exciters, paired with double sets of shear springs to drive reciprocating expansion & contraction of floating frames, delivering screen acceleration up to 50G, far exceeding conventional screening machines. The feeding section adopts low frequency & large amplitude to thoroughly disperse sticky material lumps, while rear sections switch to high frequency & small amplitude to boost fine particle penetration. Continuous stretch-shrink deformation of panels realizes dynamic self-cleaning. It adapts to bulk sticky materials with moisture ≤20% and particle size ≥1.5mm. Single/double-layer modular options are available with max throughput up to 1200t/h. 1.Static box (fully sealed + environmentally friendly)

– Rigid welded structure, no vibration, no deformation, no wear, thickened side plates (≥12mm), high strength;

– Fully sealed flexible connection for import and export, equipped with a dedicated dust removal port, which can be connected to a negative pressure dust removal system. The entire process is enclosed, ensuring zero dust spillage, with noise levels ≤75dB(A), meeting environmental standards.

2. Vibration frame system (main vibration frame + floating frame + shear spring)

– Main vibration frame/floating frame: welded with high-strength steel, optimized with finite element design, resistant to fatigue, and with a long service life;

– Shear spring: Imported high-performance nonlinear rubber spring, featuring strong load-bearing capacity, good elasticity, and maintenance-free design, ensuring relative horizontal vibration of the frame with an adjustable amplitude range of 0–15mm.

– Box-type eccentric flywheel vibration exciter, driven synchronously by two units, featuring strong excitation force and stable operation;
