Circular Vibrating Screen
-
-
Uniform Screening with Stable Throughput via Circular Motion: Even force distribution on the whole screen avoids material segregation, delivering large single-machine capacity and stable screening performance during long continuous operation.
-
Vibration-resistant Heavy Frame for Harsh Mining Conditions: Constructed with thick steel plates and reinforced cross beams, impact-resistant and crack-proof to endure continuous feeding of large ore blocks.
-
Optional Multi-layers for Multi-size Separation: Up to four layers of screens are available. One machine separates multiple particle sizes simultaneously to save extra screening equipment investment.
-
Dual-purpose for Dry & Wet Materials, Wide Application Range: Spray pipes can be installed for wet ore washing, and dust covers are optional for dust-free dry screening, compatible with various ores and aggregates.

1. Product Overview
The Industrial Circular Vibrating Screen (commonly known as a YK or YA series mining screen) is a high-capacity, heavy-duty inertial classification solution specifically engineered for sorting medium-to-coarse dry or wet bulk solids. Widely deployed in mining concentrators, quarry crushing plants, coal preparation facilities, and infrastructure construction sites, this equipment handles punishing, high-density run-of-mine (ROM) materials. By utilizing a steep incline combined with a powerful circular trajectory, it ensures high particle velocity across the mesh, maximizing aggregate throughput and streamlining downstream secondary or tertiary crushing circuits.
2. Detailed Description
The motor drives the eccentric block of the main shaft to rotate at high speed. Rotating centrifugal force makes the screen box vibrate in a continuous circular track. Materials evenly fall on the inclined screen surface from the feed end and jump forward with circular vibration of the screen box. Fine materials smaller than mesh size pass through screens, while large lumps are conveyed to the tail discharge outlet. Multi-layer machines have independent outlets for each deck to separate multiple material sizes at once. The weight of eccentric blocks is adjustable to change amplitude for different throughput demands.
3. Materials
Granite, limestone, river pebble, raw coal, coal gangue, metal ore, manufactured sand, crushed stone, slag, dry soil, quartz sand and other dry & wet lumpy granular materials.
4. Why Choose Us
-
Circular motion via eccentric shaft, high-precision classification for dry aggregates: Single eccentric shaft drives full-screen circular throwing motion. Materials stratify evenly on inclined deck for fast fines penetration. Single to four decks separate multiple finished sizes simultaneously with stable screening efficiency over 92% for crushed stone, coal and dry construction waste.
-
Multi-layer stepped decks, separate 2–5 aggregate sizes with one machine: Standard 2/3/4-layer modular screen box with independent discharge outlets. Long screening travel fully separates particles, eliminating the need for multiple machines to cut overall production line investment for aggregate, coal and organic fertilizer plants.
-
Thick riveted screen box with adjustable amplitude, heavy-duty impact resistance & anti-deformation: One-piece bent side plates riveted to cross beams for stress-free structure against heavy lump impact. Counterweight-adjustable eccentric blocks change amplitude freely, supporting stable 24-hour heavy-duty operation for raw stone and raw coal.
-
Interchangeable multi-material screen panels for diverse dry working conditions: Three optional screen media: manganese woven mesh for fines, perforated steel plate for large lumps, PU panels for mild sticky materials. Fast bolt tensioning enables quick media swap to adapt sand, coal and organic fertilizer on the same unit.
-
Flexible rubber spring vibration isolation, low noise & light foundation requirement: High-damping rubber springs block over 95% vibration transmission with noise below 85dB. Less ground impact than linear & flip-flow screens, allowing installation on standard concrete floors without heavy reinforced vibration bases.
-
Standardized universal frame, easy maintenance & highly interchangeable spare parts: Vibrators, bearings, springs and belts adopt industry standard parts for easy procurement. Simple daily maintenance only requires greasing and bolt tightening, no complex dual-mass floating frames to cut long-term mine operation costs.
