1. Product Overview
Multi-Frequency X Screen is a general multi-layer dry multi-frequency screening machine developed for aggregate, metallurgy, coking and thermal power desulfurization industries. Its exciters are arranged in X diagonal layout, adopting split structure with static fixed cabinet and multi-section independent vibrating screen cores. Each section is equipped with separate frequency conversion exciters to freely switch dual modes: low frequency & large amplitude for material stratification, high frequency & small amplitude for precise classification, breaking the uniform frequency & amplitude limitation of conventional circular vibrating screens. It supports 2–4 deck multi-layer screening for 0–150mm medium & lump dry materials. Full static rigid cabinet sealing with negative pressure dust removal completely eliminates dust leakage and short-life flexible sealing defects of traditional circular screens. Lightweight split modular design delivers low foundation load and low civil cost, serving as economical ideal replacement for large & medium imported circular vibrating screens.
2. Detailed Description
The machine consists of fixed base, static cabinet, multi-section independent vibrating cores, X-arranged exciters and damping springs. The cabinet stays static all the time; only inner segmented cores generate self-synchronous linear vibration with adjustable vibration angle.
The feeding section adopts low frequency & large amplitude to create strong throwing force for fast thick-layer dispersion and material conveying; middle & discharge sections switch to high frequency & small amplitude to boost medium-fine particle penetration, while height difference between sections realizes secondary tumbling & stratification. Equipped with PLC touch screen frequency conversion system, it supports remote independent adjustment of frequency, amplitude and start-stop sequence for each section, with switchable linear/compound elliptical vibration tracks. Rivet-reinforced screen cores plus transverse damping springs restrain lateral swing for stable operation and low resonance amplitude. Dust extraction ports are reserved on cabinet for full negative-pressure enclosed screening without dust leakage.

Dry aggregate, manufactured sand, raw coal, metallurgical sinter ore, coke, limestone, steel slag, desulfurization limestone powder, non-ferrous lump ore, dry tailings, construction crushed stone and other dry lump materials with moisture ≤10%, particle size range 0–150mm.
