1. Product Overview

Rotary vibrating sieve is a small high-precision 3D screening machine equipped with YZO series vertical vibrating motor as vibration source. The screen box generates three-dimensional rotary vibration including vertical, horizontal and front-back movement. The fully stainless steel sealed structure with multi-layer design can separate multiple particle sizes in one single feeding. It is widely used for fine grading and impurity removal of powder and fine particles, suitable for clean production lines of food, pharmaceutical, chemical and lithium battery industries.

2. Detailed Description

Eccentric weights are installed on upper and lower ends of the bottom YZO vertical vibrating motor. The running motor produces 3D composite excitation force to drive the screen frame for rotary oscillation. Raw materials fall onto the screen surface from the top inlet and stratify quickly under 3D vibration. Fine materials pass through mesh and discharge downward, while coarse impurities flow out from side outlets of the screen frame. Multi-layer screens are optional to realize multi-stage separation, and screening specifications can be adjusted by replacing meshes with different apertures.

Flour, starch, edible sugar powder, pharmaceutical powder, calcium carbonate, quartz powder, lithium battery cathode and anode powder, plastic pellets, resin powder, coating, feed pellets and various fine chemical powders.
