1. Product Overview
Straight row sieve is a light vertical screening machine. Driven by YZO vibrating motor at the bottom to generate vertical excitation force, materials are fed from the top. Fine materials are directly discharged through the bottom outlet while coarse materials flow out from side outlet. It features high screening efficiency and fast discharging speed, widely used for grading and impurity removal of powder and fine granular materials in powder processing, building material and chemical production lines.
2. Detailed Description
The vertical vibrating motor at the bottom generates vertical composite excitation force to drive the screen mesh for high-frequency vertical vibration. Materials stratify rapidly on the screen surface. Fine materials matching mesh size pass through the screen and discharge vertically downward, while large impurities move to the side outlet. Screens with different meshes can be replaced to realize multi-grade material separation.
