1. Product Overview
Screw feeder, also known as screw conveyor, is a sealed conveying equipment that pushes materials forward by rotating spiral blades. It is divided into tubular screw feeder and U-trough screw feeder, which can convey powdery and granular materials horizontally or obliquely. Featuring good sealing performance and stable throughput, it is widely used for quantitative feeding and sealed transportation in building materials, mining, chemical industry and environmental protection fields.
2. Detailed Description
Driven by motor and reducer, the spiral shaft rotates at a constant speed. The spiral blades push materials forward continuously inside the sealed casing. Materials slide steadily from inlet to outlet. The conveying capacity can be precisely controlled by adjusting the motor speed for quantitative feeding.
