1. Product Overview
Two-mass vibrating feeder is also called resonance vibrating feeder. It adopts elastic connection structure of main and auxiliary trough bodies and works on resonance vibration principle. It features low power consumption, large throughput, low noise and stable operation, widely used for continuous feeding under silos in mining, aggregate, coal and metallurgy industries.
2. Detailed Description
The machine consists of trough body, vibrator, rubber springs and frame. The vibration motor drives the auxiliary trough to vibrate at high frequency, and the vibration is transmitted to the main trough via elastic rubber springs to form resonance state. Materials slide forward by jumping under high-frequency micro-vibration. Feeding capacity can be adjusted by changing excitation force.
