1. Product Overview

Heavy-Duty Disc Feeder (MBR/WZMBR/PDX Series) is a high-load volumetric feeding equipment. Adopting base-mounted heavy structure and slewing bearing transmission, it can bear high silo material pressure for long-term operation. Specially designed for heavy industries such as mining, metallurgy, sintering plants and cement plants, it continuously and uniformly feeds bulk heavy ores to crushers, ball mills and belt conveyors.

2. Detailed Description

Driven by motor and heavy-duty gear reducer, the slewing bearing makes the disc rotate steadily. Materials fall onto the wear-resistant disc from the silo sleeve and are scraped off by adjustable blades. The feeding capacity can be precisely controlled by adjusting sleeve height, blade angle and variable frequency speed. Equipped with anti-bridging augers to break material caking and ensure smooth feeding.
