1. Product Overview
VSI impact crusher, also known as vertical shaft impact sand making machine, adopts the principle of high-speed material self-impact crushing. With two crushing modes: rock-on-rock and rock-on-iron, it produces well-rounded aggregates with very low flakiness content. It is the key equipment for manufactured sand production and stone shaping.
2. Detailed Description
Materials enter the high-speed rotating impeller from the hopper and are thrown out under centrifugal force. They collide violently with falling materials (rock-on-rock) or wear liners (rock-on-iron). After repeated impact, friction and shearing, qualified sand is discharged from the bottom, completing crushing and shaping in one process.
