Building Decoration and Renovation Waste Recycling Equipment

Applications: renovation waste treatment, decoration waste treatment and construction demolition waste treatment. Suitable materials: the mixed waste generated during interior fit-out and renovation work.

What Is Decoration Waste?

Decoration waste is the mixed material generated during interior fit-out and renovation: debris from plumbing and electrical chasing; cement, stone and brick from demolishing walls, doors and windows; paint and filler waste; offcuts and shavings from carpentry board; tile offcuts from bricklaying, and similar material. Decoration waste is produced in large volumes and pollutes the environment — dumping it without control affects both residential surroundings and daily life. As pollution grows more serious and environmental requirements tighten, treating this waste scientifically has become urgent. Winner developed a complete, environmentally sound decoration waste recycling system for exactly this purpose.

At present most decoration waste is sent to landfill or stockpiled in the open without any treatment, and its disposal has become a significant obstacle to urban development. As the saying goes, there is no such thing as absolute waste — only resources in the wrong place.

Because decoration waste consists largely of broken brick, stone and board, it is far heavier than ordinary refuse for the same volume. Compared with general construction waste its composition is more complex, and it requires more crushing and sorting stages before it can be recycled.

Drawing on domestic waste treatment practice and market conditions, Winner designed and developed dedicated decoration waste recycling equipment. Through multiple stages of mechanical sorting, combustibles such as timber board, plastics, doors and windows are separated out and, after simple processing, used as fuel rods or for waste-to-energy incineration. Sorted metals can be sent to steel mills as recycled ferrous resources, while heavy fractions such as concrete and brick are processed into recycled aggregate for brick making or as raw material for recycled concrete.

Advantages of Decoration Waste Recycling Equipment

  • Dry separation, with no dust and no secondary pollution.
  • Intelligent control technology matches the suction force to the characteristics of each material, producing a cleaner separation.
  • An automatic cleaning device clears bonded material without manual intervention.
  • Full enclosure combined with a filtration dust removal design effectively suppresses dust and noise emissions.
