Complete Tower-Type Dry Sand Making System

The dry sand making system uses a highly integrated, fully enclosed tower layout that combines sand making, particle shape optimisation, stone powder control, gradation adjustment, moisture control and environmental treatment in a single unit. It markedly improves production efficiency while also raising particle shape, gradation and fines content to a level where manufactured sand performs comparably to natural sand, creating new opportunities and value across the aggregate, cement and concrete supply chain.

Working Principle
The tower sand making system comprises an impact crusher, modular control screen, particle optimiser, humidifying mixer, dust collector, central control system and steel structure — a complete dry sand production solution. Feed material below 15 mm (which may be stone chips, pea gravel, stone powder or other low-cost, readily available material) is crushed and shaped by the impact crusher, then divided into three streams by the modular control screen and dust removal module: stone powder, return material and semi-finished sand. The stone powder is collected through the dust removal module and stored in a powder silo, while the semi-finished sand passes to the particle optimiser for further shaping and is completed through humidifying and mixing.
After processing, the system produces high-grade manufactured sand with sound gradation, rounded particle shape and controllable fines content, along with dry, clean stone powder that can be collected and reused — the application range depending on the raw material.
