1. Product Overview

The B02 Bar-Type Screen Panel is an industrial screening component designed for vibrating screens and bulk-material classification equipment. Its screening surface is formed by multiple parallel bars arranged with controlled gaps, allowing smaller particles to pass through while larger material travels across the screen deck. The panel includes supporting cross members and mounting structures that help maintain the alignment of the screening elements during operation. Bar-type screen panels are commonly applied in coarse screening, scalping, pre-screening, and material separation processes in mining, aggregates, building materials, metallurgy, and other industries handling granular or lump bulk materials.

2. Detailed Description

During operation, material is fed onto the bar-type screening surface and moved across the panel by the vibration of the screening machine. Particles smaller than the spacing between adjacent bars fall through the openings, while oversized material remains on the surface and continues toward the discharge end. The longitudinal bar arrangement provides a relatively open screening path that is suitable for coarse separation and high-flow material handling.

The B02 panel uses parallel screening bars supported by transverse structural members. Depending on the configuration, the panel can be supplied with side mounting plates, perimeter frames, or other fastening structures for connection to the vibrating screen deck. Multiple panels can be installed together to form a complete screening surface and matched to different equipment layouts and separation requirements.
