B12 – Cast Screen Panel

1. Product Overview

The B12 Cast Screen Panel is a rigid industrial screening component designed for vibrating screens and bulk-material classification equipment. The panel is manufactured as a cast structure with screening openings formed across the working surface and reinforcing ribs integrated into the reverse side. Depending on process requirements, the panel can use slotted, directional, round, rectangular, or other aperture arrangements for particle separation. Undersize material passes through the openings while oversized particles continue across the screen deck. B12 cast screen panels are suitable for mineral processing, aggregate production, building materials, metallurgy, and other industrial applications requiring grading, scalping, or bulk-material classification.

2. Detailed Description

During operation, bulk material is fed onto the cast screening surface and moved across the panel by vibration from the screening machine. Particles smaller than the selected apertures pass through the deck, while larger particles remain on the working surface and travel toward the discharge section. Aperture shape, orientation, and distribution can be selected according to the required screening duty and particle characteristics.

The panel features an integrated cast body with reinforced ribs and mounting bosses visible on the underside. This structure provides mechanical support to the screening area and creates defined fastening locations for installation on the screen frame. Multiple panels can be arranged across the deck to form the required screening area, allowing individual sections to be inspected or replaced during maintenance.
